We are able to produce a branded “pack” for developers to give to potential purchasers, which includes a copy of the proposed budget and explanatory budget notes. This allows potential purchasers the opportunity to see how the service charge will be spent and enables them to budget their own expenses.
We also calculate void charges on unsold properties and charge on to the developer and we are able to liaise with developers’ solicitors when appropriate.
We can collect ground rent (at an agreed fee) on behalf of the developer.
We carry out a full handover inspection, agreeing any snagging issues to be completed by the developer.
